How We Ship:
The Clydesdale Merch Store partners with Printful, a professional print-on-demand fulfillment service. All orders are printed and shipped directly from Printful's facilities. We do not maintain physical inventory.
Production Time:
All items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to shipping transit time.
Shipping Times:
Standard domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days after production is complete. Total delivery time is generally 5-12 business days from the date of your order.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
International Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
Address Accuracy:
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
